The boys from JR gas and water turned up in the pouring rain yesterday to change our 16 year old gas hot water to the Emerald. Done in under 2 hours, very polite, efficient and they cleaned up and took away the old system.

Same-Day Hot Water Repairs
Faults involving an element, thermostat, valve, burner or control may be repairable without replacing the entire hot water system. Same-day attendance can be requested where appointments are available; completion depends on the fault and parts.
If the tank itself has failed or repairs aren't economical, we can discuss a replacement instead.

Repair or Replace Your Hot Water System in Alderley?
Whether a hot water system should be repaired or replaced depends on the fault, age, condition and cost of the work. Isolated component failures may justify a repair. A leaking storage tank, repeated breakdowns or an unsuitable capacity can make replacement the more practical option.
