$99 payable at checkout for attendance and visual inspection only. Labour starts after 15 minutes onsite or sooner when tools, testing or physical work begins: $180/hour (1-hour minimum), then $45 per 15 minutes or part thereof. Parts, materials and specialist equipment are extra; approval is obtained before additional work.

Your selected date is confirmed once checkout payment succeeds for an eligible Brisbane or Gold Coast service address. An arrival time window is provided separately. Business days only; safe access required. Any cancellation or failed-attendance charge applies only where disclosed, agreed and legally permitted. Australian Consumer Law rights remain unaffected.

We attend and visually inspect Initial assessment of the issue and readily accessible fixtures or equipment.
We explain your options Clear advice on any further testing, fault-finding, repair or replacement required.
You approve additional work Additional labour and identifiable specialist equipment charges are explained before work begins.
When does labour apply? After the first 15 minutes onsite, or sooner when using tools or testing equipment; dismantling or repairing; using ladders; accessing roofs, ceiling or subfloor spaces; or climbing over, under or into structures or equipment.
What's included Travel within our standard service area, attendance, visual inspection of readily accessible areas and recommendations. No tool-assisted testing or physical work is included.
Extra charges Labour starts after the first 15 minutes onsite or as soon as tool-assisted, diagnostic, access or repair work begins, whichever occurs first. Any additional labour has a one-hour minimum. Time after the first hour is charged per 15 minutes or part thereof. Specialist cameras, locating/tracking devices, specialised tools, parts and materials cost extra.
Approval & safety Charges are explained before additional work is authorised. Unsafe conditions or legally required safety actions may limit what can be completed onsite.
