This service is for the removal of an existing solar hot water system in Brisbane and the Gold Coast only.

This service is for solar hot water removal only and must be purchased together with the relevant replacement hot water system or associated booked works. It is not a standalone installation package.
Pricing is based on the information, photos and site details supplied at the time of ordering. If site conditions, system type, roof height, roof access, panel layout, tank location, or removal requirements differ from what was provided, additional charges may apply, the works may be requoted, or the removal may need to be rescheduled.
Removal of roof-mounted solar hot water systems, panels, tanks and associated components is not included in standard replacement packages unless expressly stated in writing and is charged separately where required.
Standard pricing assumes safe, legal and practical access is available. Where required, additional charges may apply for restricted access, steep roofs, multi-storey access, difficult panel locations, limited site access, additional labour, lifting equipment, crane, Franna, hiab, permits, traffic control, edge protection, safety equipment, or return attendance.
Where crane or lifting equipment is required, the site must have suitable setup space, stable ground conditions and a clear lifting path free from overhead obstructions such as power lines, awnings, tree limbs and similar hazards. If access is unsafe, unsuitable, non-compliant, or materially different from what was disclosed at the time of booking, we may be unable to proceed until suitable arrangements are made.
Unless expressly included in writing, this service does not include roof repairs, roofing works, builder’s works, carpentry, patching, repainting, making good, relocation of unrelated services, reinstatement of roof materials, or attendance by other trades.
