Calculated estimate in Brisbane time, not a guaranteed departure time. Confirmed dispatch may vary.
On-route dispatch targets begin once a booking is confirmed during its selected window, or when that window opens for advance bookings. Priority dispatch depends on crew availability, your address and safe access. All prices include GST.
Repairs Charged at Our Standard Advertised Rates
The emergency call-out pays for priority attendance and initial inspection. If further work is needed, we first check whether it matches a service already advertised online. That published price applicable to the visit applies. We only use hourly labour rates where no advertised service fits.

Rates include GST and reflect your current standard advertised labour rates. Repairs, parts, fittings and specialist equipment are extra as applicable. Your plumber explains the full applicable price and gets approval before further work.
