Standard Installation Conditions

Standard installation applies where the Surrey Basin Mixer is replacing an existing compatible basin mixer in substantially the same position.

Installation assumes:

• Existing hot and cold water connections are accessible

• Existing water pipework is serviceable

• Existing isolation valves are operational

• Existing basin or vanity opening suits the replacement mixer

• Adequate access is available beneath the basin

• No relocation of hot or cold water pipework is required

• No alteration to the basin, vanity, benchtop, wall or tiles is required

Any additional plumbing work identified onsite can be discussed before proceeding.

Additional Work Not Included

Standard installation does not include:

• Relocating hot or cold water points

• Altering concealed pipework

• Cutting or drilling stone or other vanity tops

• Creating or enlarging mixer openings

• Basin replacement

• Vanity alterations

• Replacement of seized or damaged isolation valves

• Repair of damaged, leaking or non-compliant existing plumbing

• Rectification of pre-existing plumbing faults
