Who Is Eligible?

You’re generally eligible for STCs if you’re installing a new, approved system at a residential or small business property within Australia. The installation must be completed by a qualified installer, and the system must meet current Australian standards. For example, if a heat pump has a COP of 4.0, it uses 75% less electricity to deliver the same amount of hot water.
