What Is the Bianco INOX90CORE?

The Bianco INOX90CORE is a surface-mounted clean-water pressure system built around a stainless-steel jet pump and nXt CORE digital controller.

The jet-pump hydraulic design allows the unit to draw water from suitable tanks, shallow suction sources and other clean-water supplies where the inlet plumbing is correctly designed.

The nXt CORE controller automates pump operation. When system pressure drops to the configured start pressure, the controller starts the pump. When water flow stops, the controller shuts the pump down.

This makes the INOX90CORE a more complete household pressure system than a basic manually controlled transfer pump.

Why Choose the Bianco INOX90CORE?

78 L/min Maximum Flow

The INOX90CORE provides useful hydraulic capacity for moderate domestic clean-water pressure applications.

50m Maximum Head

The pump is capable of developing up to approximately 50 metres of head at the low-flow end of the pump curve.

Digital Pressure Control

The nXt CORE controller manages automatic pump starting and stopping from system pressure and flow.

Dry-Run Protection

If usable inlet water is lost, the controller can protect the pump and automatically attempt restart according to its operating logic.

Frequent-Start Protection

The controller includes anti-cycle protection intended to reduce damage from abnormal rapid pump starting.

Drinking-Water Approval

The Australian distributor identifies the INOX90CORE as approved for drinking-water applications.

What Can the Bianco INOX90CORE Be Used For?

White International positions the INOX90CORE for a range of clean-water applications including domestic water supply, suction wells, pressure boosting, agricultural use and gardening.

Rainwater Tank Supply

The pump can draw from a suitable clean rainwater or storage tank where suction pipework and priming conditions are appropriate.

Household Pressure Supply

It can provide automated pressure for residential water systems where the required duty fits within the pump curve.

Garden & Light Irrigation

The pump can support suitable garden watering and other clean-water duties where flow and pressure demand remain within its operating range.

PRODUCT SUITABILITY

Is the Bianco INOX90CORE Right for My Property?

A Good Choice If...

You want a conventional jet-pump pressure system with intelligent digital control for a tank, suction source, garden or moderate household pressure application.

Consider Another Pump If...

Your property has very high simultaneous flow demand, requires premium variable-speed constant pressure or needs significantly greater head than the INOX90CORE can provide.

JR Should Check First If...

You have long suction lines, substantial lift from the water source, restrictive pipework, weak source flow, direct mains boosting or an existing pump installation with unusual valves or pressure requirements.

How Many Taps Can the Bianco INOX90CORE Supply?

White International currently positions the BIA-INOX90CORE for up to approximately seven taps.

JR's current live product page uses a more conservative guide of approximately five simultaneous taps.

These figures should be treated as residential sizing guides rather than guarantees of full flow from every outlet at the same time.

Actual performance depends on outlet flow rates, pipe diameter, elevation, suction conditions and the pressure required at the fixtures.

The most reliable way to size the system is to assess the required flow and pressure at the same operating point.

Maximum Flow vs Maximum Pressure

The INOX90CORE is rated at approximately 78 L/min maximum flow and 50m maximum head.

These maximum values occur at opposite ends of the pump curve.

At very low or zero flow, the pump can develop its highest pressure. As flow demand increases, available head decreases.

Likewise, the 78 L/min headline flow occurs at comparatively low delivery pressure.

The pump should therefore not be described as supplying 78 L/min at 489kPa.

nXt CORE Intelligent Controller

The nXt CORE controller is a key part of the INOX90CORE pressure-system package.

It is a single-pump digital pressure controller rated to handle up to approximately 10A / 1.5kW single-phase pump load.

Adjustable Start Pressure

The controller uses a default cut-in pressure of approximately 2.2 bar / 220kPa and allows the start pressure to be adjusted.

Stop on No Flow

The controller stops the pump when water demand ends and flow falls away.

Dry-Run Protection

The controller protects against loss of water supply and includes automatic restart logic.

Frequent-Start Protection

Anti-cycle logic helps protect the pump from repeated abnormal start events.

Any-Orientation Installation

White International states the CORE controller can be installed in any orientation.

Fixed Accumulator

The CORE controller includes an integrated fixed accumulator as part of its pressure-control design.

The 50m / 489kPa value is the maximum hydraulic head at very low flow. It should not be interpreted as the pressure available while the pump is also delivering its maximum 78 L/min flow.

Self-Priming Jet Pump Design

The INOX90 platform uses a jet-pump design with an internal venturi arrangement.

This allows the pump to draw water from below its installation level where suction conditions are suitable.

White International's closely related INOX90 technical data publishes suction capacity of up to approximately 9 metres under suitable test and installation conditions.

Real-world suction performance depends heavily on pipe diameter, horizontal pipe distance, fittings, vertical lift and whether the suction line remains completely airtight.

For that reason, maximum suction lift should not be treated as a guaranteed installation distance.

Dry-Run Protection and Automatic Restart

Loss of inlet water is one of the common risks for surface-mounted pumps connected to tanks or suction sources.

If the tank becomes empty or the suction line loses prime, the nXt CORE controller can detect abnormal operation and protect the pump rather than allowing it to continue running normally without water.

The controller also includes automatic restart logic so the system can attempt to return to normal operation when supply conditions recover.

This protection still does not replace correct suction design, adequate tank level and proper priming.

Tank Water, Suction Well or Pressure Boosting

Tank-Water Supply

The INOX90CORE can provide automatic pressure from a suitable clean-water or rainwater tank.

Suction-Well Applications

White International specifically identifies suction wells as a suitable application where depth and inlet conditions fit the jet pump's capability.

Pressure Boosting

The system can boost low-pressure clean-water supplies where the source provides sufficient flow and the installation complies with applicable requirements.

A pump can increase pressure, but it cannot create additional source flow if the incoming supply itself cannot deliver enough water.

INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS

What Is Required to Install the Bianco INOX90CORE?

Suitable clean-water source
Correct suction-pipe sizing
Airtight suction line where drawing from a lower source
Suitable outlet pipework
1" inlet and outlet connection planning
Correct isolation valves
Non-return or backflow protection where required
Suitable 240V electrical supply
Stable surface-mounted pump location
Weather protection appropriate to the installation
Pump primed before initial operation
Controller start pressure set to suit the property

Pipe Sizing Matters

The INOX90CORE uses 1-inch inlet and outlet connections, but the surrounding plumbing still needs to be sized for the required flow.

Restrictive suction plumbing can reduce flow, make priming more difficult and increase the risk of poor pump operation.

Long delivery pipework, small pipe diameter, fittings and elevation can also consume a significant portion of the pump's available head.

Installing a larger pump does not automatically solve a plumbing system that is fundamentally restricted.

JR therefore assesses the water source and pipework as part of pump selection.

What's Included With Bianco INOX90CORE Installation?

Standard Replacement

Where the property qualifies for the selected JR package, installation can include supply of the genuine INOX90CORE package, removal of the old pump where included and connection to suitable existing services.

Controller Setup & Commissioning

The pump is primed where required, the nXt CORE controller is configured, system operation is tested and pressure performance is checked before handover.

Possible Additional Work

Suction-pipe changes, outlet pipework alterations, valves, backflow protection, electrical adjustments, mounting improvements or pressure-related accessories can increase the installation scope.

How Much Does Bianco INOX90CORE Installation Cost?

Current supplied-and-installed pricing is shown through JR's live product and installation selector.

The final Bianco INOX90CORE installation cost depends on whether the job is a straightforward like-for-like replacement or requires changes to suction plumbing, delivery pipework, valves, electrical supply, mounting or backflow protection.

A direct replacement using suitable existing services is generally simpler than a new suction installation drawing from a lower or remote water source.

JR's live product currently lists the INOX90CORE as an active supplied-and-installed pressure-pump option.

BRISBANE INSTALLATION

Bianco INOX90CORE Installation Brisbane

JR Gas & Water supplies and installs the Bianco INOX90CORE in Brisbane for suitable tank-water, suction-source and domestic pressure-pump applications.

The 0.75kW pump can be a practical fit where a property needs more hydraulic capacity than a light-duty pressure pump but does not require a larger multistage or variable-speed booster system.

JR checks water source, suction conditions, pipe sizing, available flow, expected demand and controller pressure requirements before confirming the installation.

Eligible service coverage extends across Greater Brisbane and surrounding areas including Logan, Ipswich, Redlands and Moreton Bay.

GOLD COAST INSTALLATION

Bianco INOX90CORE Installation Gold Coast

JR Gas & Water also supplies and installs the Bianco INOX90CORE on the Gold Coast across eligible service areas.

The combination of jet-pump suction capability and nXt CORE intelligent control can make the system suitable for properties wanting automatic clean-water pressure without moving into a premium variable-speed pump.

JR assesses the water source, pipe layout, electrical supply, expected peak flow and required pressure before commissioning the system.

This helps ensure the pump is selected for the real application rather than chosen from headline maximum figures alone.

Can the Bianco INOX90CORE Replace My Existing Pump?

Replacing Another INOX90

Usually a straightforward pathway where the existing pipework, power supply and mounting position remain suitable.

Replacing a Basic Jet Pump

Often possible and adds the nXt CORE controller's digital pressure-control and protection functions.

Replacing a Smaller Pressure Pump

The higher 78 L/min maximum flow may provide additional capacity, but source flow and pipework still need to support the upgrade.

New Rainwater Tank Supply

Requires suitable suction plumbing, correct priming, power supply and isolation arrangements.

Suction-Well Supply

Requires the vertical lift, pipework and water source to remain within the jet pump's practical suction capability.

Upgrading to Variable Speed

Customers wanting more constant pressure and quieter inverter operation can compare variable-speed systems such as the DAB E.sybox range.
