BIANCO PRESSURE PUMP INSTALLATION

Bianco INOX45CORE 0.45kW Pressure Pump Installation Brisbane & Gold Coast

JR Gas & Water supplies and installs the Bianco INOX45CORE 0.45kW pressure pump across eligible Brisbane, Gold Coast and surrounding South East Queensland service areas.

The current BIA-INOX45CORE, Australian order code 808393, is the smallest stainless-steel jet pressure system in Bianco's current INOX CORE domestic range. Older product material and JR's existing listing may still refer to the system as the INOX45S2NXT, but White International's current October 2026 Australian product guide now identifies the model as INOX45CORE.

The system combines a 0.45kW self-priming stainless-steel jet pump with Bianco's electronic pump controller for automatic starting, stopping and protection against loss of water supply.

Bianco INOX45CORE at a glance: current BIA-INOX45CORE / order code 808393, 0.45kW, 58 L/min maximum flow, 40m maximum head, approximately 392kPa static pressure equivalent, 230V single phase, 3.5A current, up to approximately 6m suction capability, 1" BSP female inlet, 1" BSP male outlet, 2.2 bar adjustable start pressure and current 24-month Australian product warranty.

Bianco INOX45CORE Supply & Installation at a Glance

Maximum Flow

Up to approximately 58 L/min under low-head operating conditions.

Maximum Head

Up to approximately 40 metres of water head.

Automatic Controller

Automatic starting, stopping and restart after power or water loss, with adjustable pressure control.

Light Domestic Duty

White International's current 2026 guide positions the INOX45CORE at approximately 1–2 taps at 10 L/min and 2.5 bar.

What Is the Bianco INOX45CORE?

The Bianco INOX45CORE is a surface-mounted self-priming clean-water pressure system designed for domestic and light-duty applications.

The pump provides the hydraulic pressure while the electronic controller automates normal operation. When system pressure falls to the configured starting point, the controller starts the pump. When water demand ends, it shuts the pump down automatically.

This makes the INOX45CORE better suited to normal household or garden pressure duties than a basic transfer pump that requires separate switching or control equipment.

The current product is the updated version of the pump package previously marketed as INOX45S2NXT.

Why Choose the Bianco INOX45CORE?

58 L/min Maximum Flow

The pump provides useful flow for garden watering, smaller household systems and light domestic pressure applications.

40m Maximum Head

The pump can develop up to approximately 40 metres of water head toward the low-flow end of its hydraulic curve.

Self-Priming Jet Design

The pump can draw from below its installation level where suction conditions and pipework remain within the manufacturer's requirements.

Run-Dry Protection

The electronic controller protects the pump against continued operation when usable water supply is lost.

Automatic Restart

The controller is designed to restart automatically after qualifying water-loss or power-loss conditions.

Corrosion-Resistant Construction

White International identifies corrosion-resistant pump body, diffuser and impeller construction as part of the current INOX range.

What Can the Bianco INOX45CORE Be Used For?

The INOX45CORE is best suited to smaller clean-water pressure applications rather than large multi-outlet household demand.

Rainwater Tank Supply

The pump can provide automatic pressure from a suitable rainwater or clean-water storage tank where the suction line is correctly designed.

Garden Watering

The 0.45kW platform is particularly well suited to garden taps, hoses and lighter irrigation applications.

Light Household Supply

It can suit smaller residential pressure duties where the required flow and pressure remain within the pump's hydraulic capability.

PRODUCT SUITABILITY

Is the Bianco INOX45CORE Right for My Property?

A Good Choice If...

You need a compact conventional pressure pump for garden watering, tank water or light household demand.

Compare the INOX60 If...

You have greater simultaneous demand or need more flow and pressure than the INOX45CORE can comfortably provide.

JR Should Check First If...

You have a long suction line, significant vertical lift, undersized pipework, poor source flow, direct mains boosting or several simultaneous outlets.

How Many Taps Can the Bianco INOX45CORE Supply?

The latest White International Australian product guide positions the INOX45CORE at approximately 1–2 taps, calculated at 10 litres per minute per tap at 2.5 bar.

Older White International material previously listed the INOX45S2NXT at up to approximately five taps, while JR's current live page presently lists approximately three simultaneous taps.

The current 2026 manufacturer/distributor guide is the safer specification to use because it applies a stated pressure condition to the tap-count calculation.

Actual performance still depends on fixture flow rates, elevation, pipe diameter, suction conditions and the pressure required at each outlet.

For that reason, the pump should be selected from the required hydraulic duty rather than tap count alone.

Maximum Flow vs Maximum Pressure

The INOX45CORE has a maximum flow of approximately 58 L/min and a maximum head of approximately 40 metres.

These figures do not occur at the same operating point.

Maximum head occurs at very low or zero flow. As flow demand increases, available pressure decreases.

Forty metres of water head equates to approximately 392kPa of static pressure.

The pump should therefore not be represented as supplying 58 L/min while simultaneously maintaining 392kPa.

Self-Priming Suction Capability

White International's current October 2026 guide describes the INOX CORE range as self priming with suction capability up to approximately 6 metres.

This represents a change from older product material, which previously referred to suction capability up to approximately 8 metres.

The current 6m manufacturer figure should therefore be used for new product copy.

Real-world suction performance still depends heavily on vertical lift, horizontal pipe length, pipe diameter, fittings, foot valves and whether the suction line remains completely airtight.

A maximum suction figure should never be treated as a recommended pipe-run length.

Electronic Pump Controller

The current INOX45CORE package includes a pre-wired electronic pump controller.

2.2 Bar Start Pressure

The controller uses a default starting pressure of approximately 2.2 bar / 220kPa.

User Adjustable

White International's current guide confirms the start pressure can be adjusted.

Automatic Start & Stop

The controller starts the pump as water demand begins and stops the pump when demand ends.

Run-Dry Protection

The controller protects against continued pump operation when usable water supply is lost.

Automatic Restart

The system is designed to restart automatically after relevant power-loss or water-loss conditions.

Built-In Check Valve

White International identifies an in-built check valve to help prevent water flowing backwards through the pump.

Pressure Tank Recommendation

White International's current 2026 product guide specifically states that a pressure tank is recommended with the INOX CORE range.

A pressure tank can help reduce unnecessary pump cycling during very small water draws and can improve the overall behaviour of a fixed-speed pressure system.

Whether a separate pressure tank is required or beneficial in a particular installation depends on the final hydraulic setup and expected usage pattern.

JR can assess this as part of the installation rather than assuming every replacement should be configured identically.

Current October 2026 White International documentation uses the model name BIA-INOX45CORE. JR's live listing still uses INOX45S2NXT. The Australian order code 808393 and 0.45kW / 58 L/min / 40m hydraulic platform remain the consistent identifiers across both generations.

Run-Dry and Thermal Protection

The current INOX45CORE provides two different types of pump protection.

The electronic controller provides run-dry protection when usable water supply is lost.

The pump motor itself uses a built-in auto-reset thermal overload intended to protect the motor against damaging overheating or overload conditions.

These features improve protection but do not replace correct pipework, adequate source-water supply, proper priming and suitable installation conditions.

Tank Water, Suction Source or Pressure Boosting

Tank-Water Supply

The INOX45CORE can provide automatic pressure from a suitable rainwater or clean-water tank.

Suction Applications

The self-priming design allows the pump to draw from below pump level where the vertical lift and inlet plumbing remain within the current 6m suction specification.

Pressure Boosting

The system can boost suitable clean-water supplies where the source provides sufficient flow and the installation complies with applicable requirements.

A pump can increase water pressure, but it cannot create additional source flow if the supply itself cannot provide enough water.

Bianco INOX45CORE vs INOX60CORE vs INOX90CORE

The INOX45CORE is therefore the lightest current model in the INOX CORE range and is best selected where the property's actual demand matches that lower hydraulic duty.

INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS

What Is Required to Install the Bianco INOX45CORE?

Suitable clean-water source
Correct suction-pipe sizing
Airtight suction plumbing where drawing from below pump level
Suitable delivery pipework
1" inlet and outlet connection planning
Correct isolation valves
Non-return or backflow protection where required
Suitable 230–240V single-phase electrical supply
Stable surface-mounted pump location
Weather protection appropriate to the installation
Pump correctly primed before commissioning
Controller start pressure configured for the property

Pipe Sizing Matters

The INOX45CORE uses 1-inch inlet and outlet connections, but the surrounding pipework still needs to support the required flow.

Restrictive suction plumbing can reduce flow, make priming more difficult and increase the risk of poor pump operation.

Long delivery runs, undersized pipework, restrictive fittings and elevation also consume some of the pump's available head.

Installing a larger pump will not fully correct fundamentally restrictive plumbing.

JR therefore checks the water source and surrounding pipework as part of pump selection and installation.

What's Included With Bianco INOX45CORE Installation?

Standard Replacement

Where the property qualifies for the selected JR package, installation can include supply of the current Bianco pump and controller package, removal of the old pump where included and connection to suitable existing services.

Controller Setup & Commissioning

The pump is primed where required, controller operation is checked, pressure performance is tested and the system is commissioned for normal use.

Possible Additional Work

Suction-pipe alterations, delivery pipework changes, valves, pressure tank installation, backflow protection, electrical adjustments or mounting improvements can increase installation scope.

How Much Does Bianco INOX45CORE Installation Cost?

Current supplied-and-installed pricing is shown through JR's live product and installation selector above.

The final Bianco INOX45CORE installation cost depends on whether the job is a straightforward like-for-like replacement or requires changes to suction plumbing, delivery pipework, valves, electrical supply, pressure tank arrangement, mounting or backflow protection.

A direct replacement using suitable existing services is generally simpler than a completely new suction installation drawing from a remote or lower water source.

JR's current live store still lists the pump under the INOX45S2NXT name, so the live product listing should remain linked to the established JR SKU until that catalogue naming is updated.

BRISBANE INSTALLATION

Bianco INOX45CORE Installation Brisbane

JR Gas & Water supplies and installs the Bianco INOX45CORE in Brisbane for suitable rainwater-tank, garden and lighter domestic pressure applications.

The 0.45kW platform is the smallest current INOX CORE model and is best suited where household demand does not justify stepping up to the larger INOX60CORE or INOX90CORE.

JR checks the water source, suction conditions, pipe sizing, available source flow, expected demand and pressure requirements before confirming the installation.

Eligible service coverage extends across Greater Brisbane and surrounding areas including Logan, Ipswich, Redlands and Moreton Bay.

GOLD COAST INSTALLATION

Bianco INOX45CORE Installation Gold Coast

JR Gas & Water also supplies and installs the Bianco INOX45CORE on the Gold Coast across eligible service areas.

The compact 0.45kW jet-pump system can suit garden, rainwater and light household pressure duties where a larger domestic pressure pump is unnecessary.

JR assesses the source water, suction layout, pipework, electrical supply and required pressure before commissioning the system.

This helps ensure the pump is selected for the actual property rather than from maximum litres-per-minute figures alone.

Can the Bianco INOX45CORE Replace My Existing Pump?

Replacing an INOX45S2NXT

This is the most natural replacement pathway because the current INOX45CORE continues the same 808393 hydraulic platform.

Replacing Another Small Jet Pump

Often possible where the existing suction and delivery pipework are suitable for the 58 L/min / 40m pump duty.

New Rainwater Tank Supply

Requires correctly sized airtight suction plumbing, suitable electrical supply, isolation and correct priming.

Replacing a Larger Pump

The INOX45CORE should only replace a larger pressure pump where the property's actual flow demand confirms that the smaller system is sufficient.

Higher-Demand Upgrade

Where more simultaneous flow is required, the INOX60CORE or INOX90CORE should be compared.

Variable-Speed Upgrade

Customers prioritising quieter operation and more constant pressure can compare an inverter-driven system such as the DAB E.sybox Mini3.
