The advertised supply-and-install price is based on a standard like-for-like toilet replacement using the existing waste and water connection locations.

Not Included

The standard installation price does not include:

• Moving or relocating the existing toilet waste point

• Moving or relocating the existing water point

• Altering sanitary drainage to accommodate an incompatible toilet set-out

• Cutting or modifying concrete floors

• Cutting or replacing tiles

• Floor repairs or floor levelling

• Wall repairs

• Carpentry or cabinetry alterations

• Repair of damaged or defective existing drainage

• Repair of concealed plumbing defects

• Structural repairs

• Asbestos-related work

• Rectification of pre-existing non-compliant plumbing

• Additional work required because the existing installation differs from the information or photos supplied

The existing waste and water points must be positioned so the new toilet can be installed without relocation.

If additional plumbing work is identified after the existing toilet is removed, JR Gas & Water will explain the required work and any additional cost before proceeding where practical.

Existing Floor Condition

The new toilet may have a different footprint from the toilet being removed.

JR Gas & Water cannot guarantee that previously concealed areas of flooring will be finished, tiled, undamaged or colour-matched once the existing toilet is removed.

Existing fixing holes, silicone marks, unfinished flooring or discolouration that become visible after removal of the old toilet are not included in the standard installation.

Product Compatibility

Installation is subject to the selected toilet being compatible with the existing waste position, water connection and available installation space.

Where the existing plumbing is outside the manufacturer's suitable installation dimensions, additional plumbing alterations may be required or another toilet may need to be selected.
