Ideal for identical direct swaps where the existing system meets compliance. No extra plumbing, electrical work or disposal required or included.
(EXAMPLE - A Rheem 250L 491250 replacing complaint Rheem 250L 491250 not a Rheem 250L 101250)
✅ Silver – For minor upgrades
Includes pipework alterations and a valve kit but does not include electrical modifications or system disposal. Designed for those swapping a heat pump under 10 years old and working to a tight budget.
(EXAMPLE - Swapping a 10year old Rheem/Rinnai heat pump with a new one where the existing installation is good but requires pipework alterations to adapt the new unit and new valve set for warranty)
🏆 Gold (Best Seller) – For standard installations
Covers old system removal and plumbing modifications, making it the most common choice for standard installations. Excludes electrical circuit modifications.
(EXAMPLE - Swapping a 20year old Dux heat pump with a new Rinnai GR Series. Strip all down and redo the valves, pipework, drain lines, support base and dispose of the old unit)

Adds electrical safety features like an isolator, safety switch, and cable extensions to ensure a compliant and safe electrical connection. Perfect for those swapping out an electric hot water system, heat pump with different electrical connection type or split solar system (tank on ground/panels on roof)
(EXAMPLE - Swapping an old electric system with a new iStore that has a different electrical connection type, then strip all down and redo the valves, pipework, drain lines, support base and dispose of the old unit)
✅ Diamond – For homes needing extensive electrical work
Provides extra plumbing and electrical modifications, including a new electrical circuit, making it ideal for homes without existing wiring for an electric system. Designed for those swapping from a gas system or where a larger electrical circuit is needed

(EXAMPLE - Replacing any existing system of any type then relocating it to a new position on the house that requires the electrical/plumbing to be installed or relocated to the new installation position)
