Standard Installation Conditions

Standard installation applies where the Sigma Basin Mixer is replacing an existing compatible basin mixer in substantially the same location.

Installation assumes:

• Existing hot and cold water connections are accessible

• Existing pipework is serviceable

• Existing isolation valves are operational

• Existing basin or vanity opening suits the replacement mixer

• Suitable access is available beneath the basin

• No relocation of hot or cold water pipework is required

• No alteration to the basin, vanity, benchtop, wall or tiles is required

Any additional plumbing work identified onsite can be discussed before proceeding.

Additional Work Not Included

Standard installation does not include:

• Relocating hot or cold water points

• Altering concealed pipework

• Cutting or drilling stone or other vanity tops

• Creating or enlarging mixer openings

• Basin replacement

• Vanity alterations

• Replacement of damaged or seized isolation valves

• Repair of leaking, damaged or non-compliant existing pipework
