This surcharge applies to installations outside our standard Brisbane and Gold Coast service zones.

It is used to cover the additional travel, scheduling, labour and logistics involved in completing installations in extended service areas. This surcharge can be applied to plumbing works and electrical works where required, depending on the product and installation scope.

Select the applicable service zone option above based on your location. If your area requires both plumbing and electrical attendance, this surcharge covers the additional out of area cost for the required trades attending your installation.

This product is only to be purchased together with an installation package or product requiring installation. It is not a standalone service.
