The Raymor Madison Pull-Out Sink Mixer is designed for customers wanting more flexibility around the kitchen sink. The pull-out handpiece extends beyond the normal reach of the spout, making it easier to rinse the sink, wash larger cookware and direct water exactly where you need it.

Standard Installation Conditions

Standard installation applies where the Madison is replacing an existing sink mixer in substantially the same position and can be connected to the existing accessible hot and cold water supplies.

Installation assumes:

• Existing hot and cold water pipework is serviceable

• Existing connection points are accessible beneath the sink

• Existing isolation valves are operational and suitable for reconnection

• Existing sink or benchtop opening is suitable for the new mixer

• Sufficient clearance is available above the sink for the tall gooseneck

• Sufficient unobstructed space is available beneath the sink for the pull-out hose to operate correctly

• No shelving, cabinetry, waste pipework or stored equipment prevents free movement of the pull-out hose

• No alteration to cabinetry, benchtops, sinks, splashbacks, walls or tiles is required

• No relocation or alteration of hot or cold water pipework is required

If additional plumbing or modification work is required, this can be discussed and quoted before proceeding.

Additional Work Not Included

Standard installation does not include:

• Relocating hot or cold water connection points

• Altering concealed pipework

• Cutting or modifying stone, engineered stone or other benchtops

• Creating or enlarging mixer holes

• Modifying cabinetry or shelving to accommodate the pull-out hose

• Sink replacement or modification

• Repair of damaged, leaking or non-compliant existing pipework

• Replacement of seized, damaged or unsuitable isolation valves

• Rectification of pre-existing plumbing faults

The Madison is the option we'd choose for customers who actually want additional functionality from their kitchen mixer rather than simply changing its appearance.

The pull-out handpiece is genuinely useful for rinsing large sinks, cleaning around the bowl and washing oversized pots and trays. Combined with its 231mm spout reach and tall 236mm gooseneck, it provides considerably more working range than our standard fixed-spout mixers.

Its lead-free brass body, ceramic disc cartridge and straightforward pull-out hose system also make it a good balance between premium functionality and serviceability.
