Same Day Service is guaranteed on business days for orders placed and paid in full before 7:00am. Orders placed between 7:00am and 10:00am are subject to availability and require written confirmation from our team. If no availability has been confirmed, orders placed after 7:00am will be scheduled for the following business day. Weekend and public holiday services must be ordered before 12:00pm on the business day prior, unless otherwise confirmed by phone. For example, a Sunday service must generally be ordered before 12:00pm on Friday unless confirmed with us directly.

Our 5 Business Day and 20 Business Day discounted service options operate differently from priority or same day services. When one of these discounted rates is selected, JR Gas & Water will choose the service day and arrival time within the selected 5 or 20 business day window. These discounted options are offered on the basis that we can route and schedule jobs efficiently across our service areas. Within 24 hours of your order being placed, we will confirm your allocated booking day so you have plenty of notice. The exact time of attendance will then be scheduled by our team within that selected period.
