Suitable Water Sources

Puretec's current EM2-150 product page specifies a maximum operating pressure of 520kPa. Older EM2 technical literature listed higher absolute pressure limits subject to pressure limiting above 500kPa, so the current product-page specification is used here.
150 L/min High-Flow Capacity
The EM2-150 is one of the highest-flow sediment-focused systems in Puretec's current EM2 whole-house range.
Its published maximum flow is approximately 150 L/min.
This makes it relevant to larger houses, acreages, offices and buildings where multiple fixtures may operate simultaneously and smaller filter connections could create unwanted restriction.
The actual flow available at the property still depends on the incoming water source, pump performance, pipe diameter, filter condition and pressure losses through the plumbing system.
1½-Inch Main-Line Connection
The EM2-150 uses 1½-inch BSP / 40mm connections.
